Photographer: Tyler Mitchell: Vogue’s First Black Photographer.
I choose Tyler Mitchell because he made history when Beyoncé choose him to shoot her cover photo for Vogue Magazine’s September Issue.
He became the First Black photographer to shoot for Vogue in over 125 years of its publication at just 23 years old. I think that this Vogue Cover that was shot and the personal interview Beyoncé did changed a lot in how Fashion Magazine shoot their September issues which is the most important and anticipated issue of the year.
I think it’s both inspirational and iconic and needed in Black History and Diversity in Hollywood.
